Jersey Cows

Birdsong Farm raises quality registered Jerseys. We breed for type and milk using a combination of both Canadian and US purebred genetics (no JX bulls used here). Our animals are DNA tested and parentage verified, as well as tested for Beta Casein A2 and Kappa Casein, and we actively participate in classification.
