Description
MA 4001 and MA 4002 (culture are interchangable) are mesophilic cultures that contain both mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria to enhance the flavour of the cheese.
• Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis (LL)
• Lactococcus lactis subsp diacetylactis (LD)
• Lactococcus lactis subsp cremoris (LC)
• Streptococcus salivarius subsp thermophilus (ST)
Use 1/16 of a teaspoon per 4 litres or quarts of milk.
Store in the freezer.
